Street Parking

Once you have completed the registration, on the municipalities we cooperate, park your vehicle at the zones that carry the vertical and horizontal signage.

Controlled Parking areas are clearly defined by vertical street signs on each road. Resident and disabled areas are recognized by blue line markings on the street and visitors’ areas by white line markings on the street.

Parking Lots

Once you have completed the registration, park your vehicle on any of our affiliated Parking Lots where you can reserve a Parking spot in advance and pay through our App without stepping out of your vehicle or wait in line.

Services

If you are a Premium Services* user, you are stress-free, as Cello reminds you how much time you have till your Parking time expires (iRemind), provides you pop-up reminders to end a parking session in case you forgot to stop the parking session while you moved from the parking spot (iMoved) and you have immediate and delay-free service and support, either through our call center or via email at any time. (iSupport).

*Our Premium Services are available with a small charge for each vehicle.
